David Binder, MBA, develops technical strategies for tactical and operational management of the Foundation's information systems including planning, research, evaluation and networking.
Binder has more than 20 years of experience in the computer field. His expertise includes programming, database and system administration, and training. Prior to joining the Foundation in June 1998, he was the director of training at Dow Jones Telerate and national director of the systems engineering group in Jersey City, N.J. Previously, he was project manager and UNIX instructor for AT&T in Piscataway, N.J.
Binder received an MBA from Long Island University and a BA in computer science from Brooklyn College.
